You are basically talking about auto-dialing for each agent individually, which is a horrible idea. The calculations needed would overload the database, and the drop rates would be huge.

We can route that drop calls to inbound agents by Drop Transfer Group so no problem, please tell how to do predictive call using owner / territory

Build a campaign for each agent. Put that agent's leads in the campaign for the agent. If the calls drop, overflow to an ingroup.

That will work with Stock Vicidial.

If you want to use Owner to "prefer" an agent but "settle" for any available agent, we could probably alter one of the autodial routines to handle that. But it's still not the best use of the dialer in most cases.

The script that would need to be modified is the one that is called by the Routing Extension for the campaign. Whichever one you're using, that's the one you'll be modifying. It's the one that takes over when your Prospect says "hello?" and decides which agent to hand the call to.
