Recordings Lenght Problem

Hi there firstly my setup.

Running:Vicibox iso install
Asterisk Version 1.8.32.3-vici

Server:

HP Proliant Blade BL460 G7/G6

PROCESSOR 1 x 4 core Intel® Xeon® Processor X5550 (8M Cache, 2.66 GHz, 6.40 GT/s Intel® QPI)
RAM 16 GB ECC
HDD 2 x 1ΤΒ GB SATA III Enterprise
RAID Hardware RAID 1

For Some reason the recordings are not stoping when the agent(on demand recording) press stop and they stop only at the end of the caLL.
anyone else facing this problem?any suggestions?

Vicibox_v.6.0.x86_64-6.0.4.iso
Fresh install accordingly to the manual!

Do you have the DID set to record?

no its outbound calls
i also tried to update the svn but nothing!

Recordings can be assigned in many modules. If you assigned recordings in more than one module (such as campaign or ingroup or transfer group), then the recording will continue until that requirement has been met.

So: Check the User record for recording settings, the campaign that the user is in, the transfer group if the call was transferred ...
