Wrong status of DEAD CALL and 3-WAY

Hello
I have two troubles with the STATUS in the REAL REPORT

First:
Sometimes when there is an answered Inbound Call and there is also a DEAD call status at the same time. Both calls go to the 3-WAY status, when one should be INBOUND call and the other DEAD call.

Second:
Sometimes I have wrong agent live status. My agent is on call but it shows as DEAD CALL

Please any advice where to start to solve this two issues. It happens a lot in one day.

3-way shows up when two calls have the same lead_id. On inbound calls, this is usually because you have CIDLOOKUP enabled and the calls are coming in with blank or the same CIDs.
