Missing Campaigns

vicidial Ver 2.14-503c Build 161126-2152
I built 2 campaigns by following the instructions in the manual, but when I go to log in and go to "Please select a campaign" nether of the campaigns are available for selection. Does anybody know what is wrong?

The user who logs in must have permission to access those campaigns. Plus, those campaigns must be Active.

Campaign permission is in the User Group.

Note: Do not modify the Admin user group. Create a new user group for all agents. This avoids locking yourself out of the system by modifying your own user group!

I checked the "agent" user group and it has the correct permission, but the campaigns are still not showing. Is there anything else I should check?

1) Is the user in question assigned to the "agent" user group?

2) "The correct permission" is vague. List the field(s) and value(s) which you feel apply to this situation.

3) I originally said to check two things: The user must have permission (which you've partially addressed) and the campaign must be active (which you did not address).

I did forget to mention that you must ensure the proper user and pass are being entered. It's very common to enter the Phone and Phone pass here and of course those will not work.
