Is it possible to integrate vicidial with ring central instead of astarisk?
If yes then share me detail how it is possible?

VICIdial is Asterisk-based, there is no way to remove Asterisk as a component of VICIdial.

As for "integration" with ring central, if they offer SIP interconnection, then yes you can connect with it.
