High Dispo Time

Hi,

I have disabled the dispo button in my settings ,logically once the agent hangups the call, dispo page selection will be skipped and move to next call if any which will take around 1 to 2 seconds max.

But still i can see some of the agents dispo duration is going more than 10 to 20 seconds.
What might be the reason?
Can you help?

1) You should also post a link to your installation instructions or method (ie: goautodial version if goautodial, but a URL if not goautodial).

2) Do you have a dispo_url on the campaign?
