Agent performance details

Hi

I am new to this forum.

I am using Vicidial VERSION: 2.12-572a BUILD: 161102-1040 and ViciBox v.7.0.3-160505.
Asterisk version used Asterisk 11.23.1-vici

My issue was for example if i take agent performance report for 2nd jan 2017 on 2nd jan 2017 evening means it shows correct time column. then i shutdown the server and for the next day ie on 3rd jan 2017 morning i switch on the server and try to take agent performance report for 2nd jan 2017 means the time column show worng. how i cound over come this problem

There is a nightly process that runs to correct math errors in the agent log activity. That is why the numbers are different on the same day as compared to the next day. The next day numbers have been corrected.
