Hi Support,
I have noticed that agents can still callback leads that are on an expired list. Is there anyway of forcing the agent to schedule a callback based on the expiration date of the list or not allowing the agent to dial a callback that is on an expired list?

That is not currently an option for agent-only callbacks. Although that might be a good option to add to the AST_DB_dead_cb_purge.pl script.
