Hi!
I want to coach my agent during his live-call to the client were both using USB HEADPHONE , is it possible to communicate with my agent ,
but the client should not hear me in the live-call? Is the vicidial capable for this feature?

That's whisper, you have to be using Asteirsk 1.8 or higher, and you have to enable it in System Settings, then force a reload of the dialplans using that option within System Settings.
