can't Blind Monitor in the other server

Hi guys,,,,

i tried to blind monitor 1 of the agent in server XXX.XXX.XX.96 but my zoiper softphone is not ringing..... while if i blind monitor in 1 of the agent in my server

XXX.XXX.XX.95.... but softphone is ringing and i can listen to the calls....

i tried to iax2 show peers my server XXX.XXX.XX.95
