Voicemail Set up

Hi guys newbie here.

can i ask regarding my voicemail set up .. some of my ingroups(single agent) when i called the DID while hes paused the voicemail will auto play.
but some are not. like it will wait til it reach the secs i set.. me i know where to find this settings. i want the caller wait(secs i set) then play the voicemail audio.
