Redirect user to the previous operator ...

Is there such a configuration, when a subscriber calls to the operator (autodial or incoming line), the call is automatically redirected to the agent, who was talking to this caller, if the caller is calling a second time or if his number is in the lead, met for the second time.
For example (need this setting):
Autodial: 00112233 -> agent 1
Incoming: 00112233 -> Redirect to the agent 1
Autodial (duplicate phone numbers in lead): 00112233 -> Redirect to the agent 1
That is, if the same phone number is calling on the incoming line or the system calls through a call-back, then forward this number to the agent who dealt with this party last time.
