No Live Call for Inbound Call

Hi ,
I have a inbound call center setup. Normally when an incoming call is getting routed to an agent, LIVE CALL phrase will be displayed on the agent screen as long as he was in a conversation with the customer.
But,suddenly LIVE CALL phrase was not displaying and call is getting routed to the agent and he is able to communicate with the customer and but on the agent screen, nothing (LIVE CALL or Customer information) is getting displayed.
But in the real time report, i can see that the agent is in INCALL status.

First, I would suggest upgrading to the latest svn/trunk VICIdial code.

Then I would recommend enabling Agent Screen Debug Logging in System Settings so you can see what is going on with the agent screen if this happens.

Hi,
I understood the issue, it was happened due to the URL, which i kept in Campaing settings START CALL URL.
At the beginning of every call ,that URL is being called and some times that URL is not working and that is causing the issue.
