Accessing Administration after Installation [Solved]

I am new here. I just completed the installation of Vicibox 7 with suse. I completed the setup and installed the web server, telephony and database servers. the problem i have is when i get to the URL it shows the the welcome screen however if is select Administration it says
"The IP address page isn’t working
Ip address is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
Can anyone gassist with this... i am new to this type of software.
