Hi All,

I would like to know what is the best program to convert MP3 Audio files to required wav format( 8K, Mono, 16bit PCM)? Currently I loose a lot of quality when converting the files, I want to keep it as close to the original as possible. Also, What is the maximum audio file size, and which other formats are usable with the Survey function? Maybe there is something that would give me better quality?
