Is it a TRANSFER or INCOMING CALL? -- SOLVED

Hello

The transfer feature is working great, but when AGENT-A makes a transfer to AGENT-B, the AGENT-B doesn't know if it is an INCOMING or a TRANSFER call. It is extremely important that AGENT-B knows if the call is a TRANSFER and who is making the TRANSFER.

Pd. The transfer is doing by: click tranfer-conf --> "AGENTDIRECT - Single Agent Direct Queue" is chosen from the "Dropdown" --> Number to call" box is entered the User Number --> local closer and the transfer is done

SOLVED: Go to USER GROUPS --> Agent Allow Blind Xfer: N
