No Zaptel transcoder support

[asterisk_at_my_risk]

we are trying to install 2.03 as per scratch but when i do

asterisk -vvvvvgc

i get a message

"May 9 17:10:39 NOTICE[30995]: codec_zap.c:856 find_transcoders: No Zaptel transcoder support"

and if i ignore this and try to make a one to one call thru dialer i get this error message

is this error due to the above message please help me on this

os is FC5

kernel version is 2.6.17.11
