Adding leads

can any one tell me what are leads and how they are used.
How extacly to create a lead file with all the required fileds in that file and also in admin.php

when you follow the scartch installation

you will see the lead files in source directory

both text and exl formation, seperated by field.

leads are somthing to do wth campaign of incoming or outgoing.

so you are predefining the leads, so that the leads are automatically
dialed for agents.
