Good evening,
I have a big problem, I can't find recordings my folder for all recordings made between 13:00 and 15:00
In the user stats page I find a recording at 14:30 but I can't find in my folder.
Also I can't find the recording in /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE
Actually we save recordings in our ftp area.
From 13:00 to 15:00 there was a problem with permission in that folder.
Is there any place I can find the recondings?
What info do you need?
