Forced Transfer Groups
Posted: Fri Apr 21, 2017 3:14 pmIs there any way to force agents to see specific transfer groups within the same campaign? For example, let's say I have 10 agents and 2 transfer groups. I would like 5 of the agents (same user group) to be able to transfer calls only to one of the transfer groups. And the rest 5 of them to transfer to the other transfer group only. I hope I am being clear.
