Permission Issue

Hi

My question is, in user settings why "Agent Alter Customer Data Override" and "Agent Alter Customer Phone Override" do not have "OFF" permission, let say I want to revoke any of these or both permissions from the agent for temporary basis? or to explain this more, I have five agents login in the campaign and all are using permission from the campaign but I want to revoke the permission to alter customer data for an agent. I cannot do that for now. Need an extra option "DISALBED" or "OFF" something like that. Please tell me if there is an other workaround?

That's not currently a feature, They are only meant to be options to override if the campaign settings are enabled, not if the campaign settings for those are disabled. I'm sure it could be added, but none of our clients have requested that.
