How to modify Agent Screen/Real Time Report Wall_4

Hi all,
are there some features to modify the agent screen and Real Time Report Wall_4?
I have to reduce the distance between the boxes of Customer Information and the link to Fast Dial / Hotkeys Button
Also i have to modify the colors of "call wainting" in Wall4 Real Time Main Report
