There is code changes done in vtiger for developing this kind of widget. kindly pm me your requirement so that i can share details with you.

anaey how a wiget is one thing gettin it to work with current versions is another no to mension if you dont do it your self if it braks down onley the installer would no how to fix it \ back it up \ restore it at a pinch.

We stopped supporting deep integration with Vtiger several years ago. The last version of Vtiger we were compatible with was 5.1. So, I'm not surprised the built-in user and user group integration features aren't working.

@Mflorell so the vtiger version 5.1 is it possible to work with vicidial ? i am right sir?

It should, although we no longer test those features or support it.

It depends on what your requirements are.

Actually sir .. i like separate crm like vtiger,, because they have many features to use like support ticket, email, invoicing and etc.. vicidial is more on calls, chats support and email.. and we need also to integrate on POS system but cant do on vicidial because of difficult config once to modify the it.

Kindly share your requirement for Vicidial & Vtiger Integration. There can be multiple ways through which you can do integration like:

1) Single Sign On (SSO) between Vicidial & Vtiger or any CRM.
2) Data (Lead) Push from CRM To Vicidial
3) Click2Call from CRM To Vicidial
4) Disposition Update from Vicidial to CRM lead
5) Recordiing link from Vicidial to CRM lead
6) Users Synchronization between Vicidial & Vtiger

All this things are possible. Kindly share what exactly are you looking for.

This was a rather important question you didn't answer:

"How many records will need to be in your CRM?"


I say this because most CRMs are not capable of scaling to millions of records of client data. We ran into several occurrences of this before we(and all of our large clients) dumped Vtiger, because it simply isn't able to scale to millions of records, no matter how much hardware you throw at it.

@mflorell Sir we are only a small medium enterprises ,, i think we right now we have only 50,000 to 100,000 records on our vicidial and Point of sale system. is manually inputed on POS all contact and detail on vicidial.

Vtiger might be able to work for you then, just keep in mind the scaling limitations, and try to keep Vtiger custom fields to a minimum.
