Hello everyone

I am running a multiserver (description below)

It does recording, but for some reason it is not uploading recordings to the WEB SERVER ( i already chose web server to be file / archive server )

I am not sure why it is NOT uploading recordings, so when i click on the Voice Recording i get:

But the IP that it is showing is the Web / Archive Server, but the recording stays on "DIALER" server, never gets moved to ARCHIVE or FTP

Good day!

Try this.

You need to uncomment the FTP transferring from the crontab.

Then double check the astguiclient settings for FTP and then check your viciarchive.conf under /etc/apache2/conf.d settings.

Next vim /etc/vsftpd.conf
#local_umask --- uncomment
write_enable=yes
