I have a very strange issue. I have a client that forwards calls to us from RingCentral. When a call comes in, 2 separate leads are created in Vicidial with the same phone number and timestamp. 1 shows as DROP and the other is picked up by an agent. The recording of the DROP is the RingCentral introduction of "You have a call..." and the other lead contains the recording of the actual call.
For example:
Lead TimeStamp PhoneNumber Status Length

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas what the problem may be?

I upgraded to a more recent SVN and the problem persists.

What does the Asterisk CLI look like for one of these calls? (you can look in the screenlog.0 file)
