Hi,

Active calls not passing to agents waiting for predictive. Manual dial is OK.

Looks like a Local/ channel resolution issue, this is usually caused because there is no audio on an answered SIP channel. This could be a carrier issue or a firewall issue.

Hi, the issue now resolved thanks for the info. but i got this error WARNING[2884]: channel.c:5711 ast_request: No channel type registered for 'DAHDI'. Both manual and auto/predictive is working.

Does it will affect sooner or later?

You might want to make sure the dahdi module is loading before you try to start Asterisk. That should fix it.
