Hi,
What is the best audio format for setup in Vicidial Audio Soundboard? I've tried gsm but the quality is poor on live call. Should I go for 16bit Mono 8k PCM wav audio or is there any better option?
Kindly help and suggest me on that.

16bit Mono 8k PCM wav audio files are the best option.
