Callbacks info not Showing up after Migration from GoAuto

Hi All,
Having a problem after migration from GoAutoDial to Vicidial some of the scheduled callbacks details of the customer not appearing. Also no. of callbacks not the same after migration. What might cause the problem? What is the soulution on these?
