Play audio file when inbound call is handled

Hello, I'm looking for a way to play an audio file when an inbound call is handled so the audio file may be heard on the recording. Preferably at the campaign or in-group level. Specifically, the audio file will be a recordings disclosure ("This call may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes."). Any suggestions?
