RealTime Reset every end of the Shift

HI guys anyone can help, when we dial everyday in a shift the accumulated data that appears on the campaign realtime are not being reset back to zero data for the nextday operation, how to do that somehow.?

Agents Calls Reset: si enable already, anyone can suggest how to do this. Thanks

Make sure that your System Setting for Active Voicemail Server is set to a live dialing server, and that your System Setting for Timeclock End of Day is set to a time when your Voicemail server is powered on.
