Agent direct waiting calls are visible to other campaig user

Hi
We have two campaigns , both use AGENT DIRECT feature to transfer calls to specific agents. Usergroup restricts them to transfer/view outside the group.
Issue is in real time display, Supervisor of one campaign can see waiting calls of AGENTDIRECT from other campaign. Agent ID , phone number are displayed. Supervisors are added to their respective usergroups with no access to other campaign.
Am i missing some configs ? or can we create new AGENT DIRECT groups for every campaign?
