Transfer calls to another number if first num is not answerd

Hi
I want to Transfer inbound calls to a 1 number and if he did't answer that call need to be transfer another phone number.
i tried in asterisk and its works. is there any way that i can achieve in Vicidial. Because i need CDR.. if i use asterisk only, am not getting the CDR.

Any help?

What exactly do you mean by "I need CDR"?

Report of the call.
means, how many calls reached to 1st number, how many calls reached 2 nd number and talk time.

I don't think we have a feature that will work like that currently, and I'm not really sure of the best way to reliably log which number the call would go to. It really depends on how the first leg fails as to how logging would even work for something like that.

i have same problems the dialer call more time often five times is normally? and if yes how configure this parameters?

If you are using lead recycling: Stop. And look up threads on lead recycling.

If you are not using lead recycling: look for a new thread matching your problem, or make a new post. They don't cost extra, but when you make a post yourself you get to choose a subject line that actually states your problem and the entire conversation relates to solving *your* problem.
