Manual Dial

I want an agent to be able to manually dial an ALT number, Vicidial to search and locate the customer in the campaign and then call the ALT number.

At the moment when an agent does this it calls the primary number.

Please advise, thanks.

Have you tried using the PREVIEW LEAD option?
