change lead information in autodial mode

Hello every body, i have vicidial up and working, but i need the agent to change the lead information when a callback is programmed, because sometimes when you call someone, he tell you to callback for example tomorrow at 11am to a movil number.
So for that i need the agents to change that?
I am thinking to put a popup form, to do that.
