Number of call ringing does not go more than 90

Hi,

I am trying to increase number of calls to be dialed per agent. setting i have is this

DIAL LEVEL: 10.0
Hopper: 500
Agents: 15

still number of calls ringing maximum goes to 90 calls. even if i set dial level to 8.0 still on 90. so i need your advise what to do if i want number of calls to be more than 100 on 15 agents.

What is your server's maximum trunks set to?

Brother its set to 96

Max VICIDIAL Trunks: 96
Max Calls per Second: 100

Max calls per second should never be set that high. There is no way your carrier can handle that. I would suggest lowering it to 4 or 5, if your carrier says they can handle a rate that high.

What number of trunks does your carrier say you are allowed to use concurrently?

Thanks Brother issue has been sorted out. i set Max Vicidial trunks : 200 as per carrier range. and max calls per second : 20. now i can see enough calls to be placed, according to our need.
