voicemail transcription

i have a question, vicidial can do voicemail transcription for get in email audio to text?

im not sure if vicidial can handle that.

any ideas?

Vicidial uses Asterisk's voicemail app, and I believe there is non-trivial way to set it up to use Google Voice API to transcribe voicemail recordings, although it is not simple to set up, and we have never done it before.
