VDAD calls leads with no agents waiting

I have been experiencing an issue with a campaign that is set to RATIO.

When there is one agent on call I can see that there is another call being made while there are zero other agents waiting.

I have tested this by setting the dial level to one and only having one agent on the dialer, but it still dials leads while the agent is on call.

Is there a setting I can adjust so that VDAD does not call any leads while there are no agents waiting?

Yes indeed there is a setting for this purpose:

Campaign Detail View --> Available Only Tally --> YES (default setting is N)

Help:
Available Only Tally -This field if set to Y will leave out INCALL and QUEUE status agents when calculating the number of calls to dial when not in MANUAL dial mode. Default is N.
