Posted: Mon Feb 24, 2020 7:52 pmUse a VPN or move to an IP address range that has not offended the webmaster. She locks out IP ranges that annoy her in (any) fashion. I'd say "publish your IP address and we'll unlock it", but honestly, she wouldn't do that unless you were a customer. When an IP outside the USA offends her, she just cuts it off.
