I am assuming the the chat box is on my website, how/where do I get the HTML source code to place on my website?

It's in the "chat_customer" web directory installed the same place as your vicidial admin and agent web screens.

Yes, that would be on your server wherever you have your webroot directory.

Probably /srv/www/htdocs
