Agent Interface Problem

I recently had to re-install the vicibox on to my server. Prior to this installation when I logged-in to my Agent Screen I could view ( i.e. they where hyperlinks)
startrecording
webform
parkcall
transfer-conf (which differently brought up the transfer frame)
custom transfer
now they are not hyperlinks and if I click on them nothing happens.

My question: Is this a cause of settings I am missing within the Vicidial Admin, or did the second install have some kind of glitch?

Please remember to include your Installer with Version. It really helps (sometimes you, sometimes others).

Some of those settings are user based, some are Campaign based. So if you configure the user and campaign properly it should work.

IF you brought your DB from the prior installation, you'll need to modify the settings in admin->servers for the new server, since that, too, will have been brought over with the database but obviously that's from the old system. Specifically the Asterisk version will likely be different (and cause a lot of problems), but check all the settings because that's why they are there: To describe this server (which you just changed).

If you make changes there, it may require a reboot for them to take effect.
