Survey Settings

Trying to set up a broadcast survey and want to ask more automated questions after the first.

I set the Survey Method to CALLMENU, and am trying to point the Survey Call Menu to the second question that i WANT TO BE ANSWERED by my survey takers and not sure how/where to set up the additional question.

That would also be a call menu. Each question is a call menu and each answer is an option in that call menu, even if they all go to the same "next" place.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question. Would I use any of the firsts in the survey setting for this campaign page for multiple question set-up?

I'm not sure what you're asking, but I think the answer is "Yes", the first question would be the call menu where the system sends the caller unless your first question is the outbound message for the survey ... in which case the second question would be the call menu where the system sends the caller. Remember to leave some sort of opt-out option, especially in that initial recording.
