Outbound Transfer

Hellow,

Here is the scenario
If im going to receive a call (Inbound call) and when i transfer those number/call to client it will appear on the client side with the Customer number (Which is good).
but then if im going to do Outbound calls then i will transfer the call to the Client, the number will shows on the Client side is the campaign CID not the Customer number.

Is there a way that if i transfer Customer to another number(client number), the number that will reflect on the client side is the Customer number? im using Trans-conf.

Thank you for posting your Vicidial and Vicibox versions! Excellent.

First: Check the Vicidial Manager's Manual. There are instructions. Then check the Campaign's "3-Way Call Outbound CallerID" setting.

Next: We have had instances where it was necessary to pass these 3-way calls through a different carrier in Admin=>Carriers (using the same telco, but a different dial prefix and carrier setting in Vicidial) and avoid using the "agi" line during the call to the 3rd party. Those are rare, though: Usually the manager's manual instructions do the trick.
