Alt Phones With alt tables doesn't work

Hi all,

we are on vicidial more than one year with almost satisfaction, the problem is the dialer call the same number more times just like alt phone.

We use vicidial_list_alt_phones for alt phone and in the campaign detailed view configured EXTENDED_ONLY.

Someone have idea?

i think that happens when a lead have status N and have more alt number. Is very strange not replicable

If no one has answered your post, and you post again, it looks like *you* answered your post. The post then disappears from the Unanswered Posts listing and you could end up being ignored for several days. Perhaps longer. IE: That's why I'm getting here now, a full week after your post.

In the future, you should edit your original post if nobody has commented yet. Then it shows as unanswered, still.

Question: Are you using "lead recycling"? If so, turn it off.
