Hi Guys,

I have set the campaign Dialing time from 6:00AM - 6:00PM and then set the List Order : UP TIMEZONE. Problem is even at 8PM i can still dial the leads from East coast which im currently on PST already. Any idea guys what i missed on my setup somehow.? Thanks

What country are you calling?

Are you populating the phone_code field when loading leads?

We are dialing to US leads and we are populating the Phone code by selecting US and its Country code 1:

SO basically we start from East Coast to West Coast ending of the day

Is the ADMIN_adjust_GMTnow_on_leads.pl script in the crontab and active on one of your dialers?

In the List Modify page, do the leads show as being in different time zones?
