Custom Report

A bit cheeky but I will ask anyway...

I have been messing around with custom reports trying to build one that fits my needs and found out that I am worse than I thought at coding, if you can even call it that. Can't get anything to work.

I am looking for a custom report that will only display the following stats;

Agent Name
Time spent logged in to system
Amount of calls taken
Amount of CICalls (Human Answers)
Average Talk Time
Average Disposition Time
Amount of Sales

If anyone could give me a hand with this that would be great!

Did you manage to create the report. If not then I can work with you on this.
