Determine time spent dialing on carrier

I have a client disputing the total amount of minutes they were billed for. So there is a descrepancy between the amount of minutes the provider billed and the dialer showed.
They look at the Customer colum's total on the Agent Performance report and regards that as the actual total of minutes that the dialer spent connected to the carrier.
As far as I know the that report only shows time spent on human answered calls and excludes VDAD calls.
Is there a report I can pull that relatively accurately shows the total time spent dialing out on a specific carrier?
