data export issue

data export issue

Hello, I have installed the out of the box version. Specifically Vicibox7. When i upload data into a list everything is fine.

But when i go to export the data either as export leads, or export calls. some of the information is filled in with xxxxxxxxx. For example

call_date status list_id phone_number first_name last_name
9/29/2017 9:32 CALLBK 122 9797397488 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Now When i imported the first name was filled out.

Keep in mind i am exporting as super admin (6666)

I couldnt find any setting that i missed in users, campaigns , and system sections.

As explained by vicidial reference manual -
Admin Hide Lead Data -This setting only applies to level 7, 8 and 9 users. If enabled it replaces the customer lead data in the many reports and screens in the system with Xs. Default is 0 for disabled.


Located Under user profile, Admin report options. Your user does not have access basically.

perfect thank you. I knew there was a setting for that somewhere, for some reason i couldnt find it. Thanks for the point in the right direction.
