Vicidial Cluster install and managing their redundancy

I have a server and i want to install vicidial in components, but problem is how i can redundant 2 asterisk server with single web suppose my 1st asterisk goes down how my agent deduct that your asterisk is down and shifted to another online asterisk. is their any available option?
i have debian
2 asterisk
1 web
1 DB
