Good day,
I am using a dedicated server 8core 8gb and VERSION: 2.12-555a
BUILD: 160508-1948
I am running 18 campaigns for press 1 using remote agents and closers. I also have agents who wish to prospect various campaigns with ratio dialing. I cant get any calls to come in for the agents wishing to do our "regular" prospecting while there are remote agents and closers using the press 1 campaigns. Any clues to why not?

sometimes it works for a moment and then just stops dialing.
