Recording of few agents

Hello,
I'm running:vicidial version 2.14b0.5, BUILD: 170529-2320 on a Virtual Machine 4CPU 11GB RAM.
I have a campany in which I put the allforce recording.
several agents, not recorded regular calls, only written callbacks.
all agents in the campaign created by copying from the reference agent.
of all the 30 established agents problem occurs at 4.
I ran tests, found that these agents with regular phone call does not create a recording channel.
recording context exist in dialplan
how to check that agi script is invoked dialplan to recording call?
